Week 2:

  • Review food and exercise journal - what can we enhance, what can we let go of?

  • Make a more defined plan of action - what are trackable milestones?

Week 3 & 4:

  • 2 coaching sessions (1 per week) to refine/fit plan

  • Learn tools for self motivation and accountability

Here’s what you’ll get:

  3. A personalized plan of action to get you going towards your goals

  4. 2 private coaching sessions via Zoom to try on plan
